So Liquid.

Smoothie for breakfast and soup for lunch. The diets gone liquid and I have gone mad. Carbs withdrawals are playing havoc.


Limited fruit in the fruit bowl, just a sad lonley pear so hey presto we have the pear and almond smoothie/juice/milkshake/I.dont.know.



1 sliced pear, 2 tablespoons of ground almond, cup of milk, dollop of yogurt and 3 ice cubes.

Blitz, pour and shlurp.












If you're feeling naughty it would be nice with a bit of coco powder sprinkled on top. Top will power for resisting. I am god.

Next DRINK of the day. Heinz tomato soup. Wow. Pushing the boat out I know but the mid morning juicing wore me out.


In my defence it had a hint of chilli which stopped it from too boring.













I lied it was boring.

PSSSST.
First solid of the day. I snacked on crunchy nut cornflakes and an orange whilst watching a film. I know what I'll be bringing next time I take a trip to the cinema...
