Let the Chocolate See the Porridge

This can only be described as pudding for breakfast.



I've become a bit porridge obsessed and I'm constantly finding myself leering over pictures of porridge. Obsessive- yes. Wierd- definitely not. One of my favourites is Kath Eats Real Food's tribute to oatmeal. I can just sit and gawk at all the different flavour combos and toppings.


I got this chocolate idea through an evening of porridge stalking and it magically appeared in my bowl this morning.


Make the magic happen with porridge oats, milk and 2 tsp of coco powder (add more or less depending on how chocolaty you want your mornings.) 
Mix. Microwave for 2 minutes.


Topped with berry yogurt, blueberries and maple syrup and puds up.



Word of warning: Eat in moderation. May cause sugar rushes and hyperactivity.
