It's rabbit food on a PLATE, not in a hutch

Lunchtime and I'm starved and craving cheese. When I am older I will be a crazy cheese lady who lives, eats and breathes cheese but for now I will stick to my guns. I divulged into the fridge, PASSED THE BRIE, APPLEWOOD SMOKED CHEDDAR AND WENDSLYDALE, to grab the Philadelphia light cheese. Yes LIGHT cheese.



Using my creative inquisitive I spiced up the equation with some jalapenos because everyone is partial to a jalapeno. I slathered it all on a hunk of Hovis seeded bread and was mortified when I almost forgot to breathe through scoffing it. Table manners aside, I think next time I'll serve it in a trough.



Dressed it on the side with mange tout, cherry toms and a left over half an apple because waste not want not and all that jazz. Plopped a bit of Branston pickle in to the mix because I'm mad like that. All in all a lunch fit for the best Rabbit going. Roger that.
